Q: Life is so busy, where do I start?
Sometimes it’s hard to see the wood for the trees, which is why in our first 60-minute session we use 5 tools to get your first level of clarity. Whether we choose to work together after the first call, I’m convinced you will have gained clarity around your goals and some ideas for your way forward. I’m sure it’s the same in your Practice - diagnosis is a determination/detection/discovery of the situation and comes before any prognosis and treatment options
Q: Money is tight right now – how much do I need to invest?
The programme can be self-funding in the right circumstances. It depends how quickly you want to grow. The goal is to grow your business, which takes time and money. Together we can agree a balanced approach to get you started and there are usually opportunities to grab some low hanging fruit to kick-start the process. When we have our Discovery Call, we can discuss the right balance and design a programme that is the best fit for you, right now.
Q: How do I know I’m on the right programme for me?
There is no fixed programme, the support and activity is bespoke to you and your business goals. We will discuss your progress in our regular meetings, and mould the programme to fit your changing needs. As your business grows you needs will change and we build the programme to meet these as we go.
Q: There’s lots of coaches out there, how do I know you’re the right coach for me?
When we have our first meeting, we will both assess whether we are a good fit to work together. More importantly you will be joining the Entrepreneurs Circle Community which provides so much more than coaching. There are Tools, Training, Help & Support both online and offline. There are events at the Head Office in Birmingham (many at no charge), local monthly meetings across the country, WhatsApp groups and a Facebook community.
If you like the EC community, but do not think I am the right fit, I will help you find a new EC Certified Coach and ensure a smooth transition.
Q: What happens if the programme doesn’t work for me?
Your success will depend on many factors, including your own skills, effort and experience, and therefore there are no guarantees or promises of uplifts in earnings, however if it isn’t working, we will both know it very quickly.
If we work together, it will be on a 28-day rolling agreement which can be cancelled at any time.
Although you cannot sell or share any of the material provided by Entrepreneurs Circle you will have a lifetime licence to use any such material strictly for the use of marketing and promoting your business.
